SERVICE AREA

Local - Our charges start from when the removalists arrive at the pick-up location and finish after unloading at the destination – NO TRAVEL TIME IS CHARGED TO OR FROM OUR DEPOT unless either address is located in a suburb west past willows, north past Deeragun or south past Stuart

**Fixed travel time charges apply to some outer areas of Townsville & Thuringowa.

Inter-City / Non-Local - South to Sarina, North to Port Douglas, West to Pentland and all locations in between. Call for a fixed price quote for removals to these and other areas.

POOL TABLES, PIANOS, SAFES, SPAS - We love them as much as you do, so to ensure they, and other similar sized items, are moved safely and efficiently, we use 4 removalists for these removals and they usually can be done in an hour or less. The removal of a piano, pool table or similar weighted item usually costs around $230.

WEEKENDS / AFTER HOURS - Removals done on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and after 5:30pm on normal working days are charged at higher rates to cover employee penalty rates only.

INSURANCE - All furniture is insured against rollover, fire and accident while it is in the vehicle. Full Cover Transit Insurance can be arranged through your preferred insurer or our broker at your cost. VEHICLES - All of our vehicles are fully enclosed, weatherproof, furniture vans with all necessary tools and equipment onboard for your removal. Truck sizes range from 21 to 32 m3.

PRE-PACKING / UNPACKING - We can also provide a complete pre-packing and unpacking service.
